R Caicó 1290 was heard a couple of times during good late evening openings towards the North Eastern parts of Brazil in February 2016. Station Ids like “R Caicó, com programas cultura, informacões e esporte” was heard with surprisingly good signals. This station was heard already in 2007 by the LEM241 expedition. 1290 holds quite an array of Brazilian stations that have been heard in Finland, the most commonly heard during the last few years being R Timbira and R Brasil Sul.
